Kia Whitlock is a dynamic business educator, event strategist, and empowerment visionary who designs and facilitates custom business course curriculums while promoting purpose-driven events that uplift, inspire, and transform. Her work is rooted in intentional leadership, strategic excellence, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and communities thrive both personally and professionally. Most recently, Kia launched her own clothing line, Beautifully Plus, a brand created to honor and empower women of all shapes and sizes. With a mission centered on confidence, self-love, and authenticity, Beautifully Plus celebrates each woman’s unique beauty—affirming that beauty is the highest standard and encouraging women to show up boldly, unapologetically, and whole. With over a decade of experience in education and ministry, Nina equips women to break past limitations, renew their thinking, and boldly walk in their God-given identity. Blending Scripture, life experience, and mindset strategy, she challenges women to rise as leaders, history-makers, and culture-shapers for the Kingdom. If God called you, He equipped you — and this workshop will activate the champion within! 👑✨ God is raising up a new standard in the city of Battle Creek. It requires a remnant—people who will stand not for culture, not for clicks, but for the Cross. The Cross, which God gave us as a symbol of hope, unfailing love, truth, peace, and unity. It takes bold people to stand for truth—not “my truth” or “your truth,” but the Truth found in the Word of God. The unfiltered, raw truth of who God says we are and who He has called us to become. It requires a shift in mindset—from a borrower mentality to a lender mentality. This means we must stop borrowing every trending social media narrative about “your truth.” Stop borrowing someone else’s clicks and likes. Stop borrowing someone else’s identity, time, gifts, talents, or calling. Instead, we must walk in the authority God has given us. He called us to be the head and not the tail.
At Unleash the Champion: She Wins, Kyra Wallace is bringing practical power with her session, “Make Your Money Work for You!” Kyra Wallace is an accomplished nonprofit executive, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of leadership experience. She served 17 years with the Southwestern Michigan Urban League, including 14 years as President/CEO, leading efforts to advance social equity, economic empowerment, and civil rights while managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large-scale community initiatives. She has also served as a Board Trustee for Battle Creek Public Schools and remains actively engaged in civic and community leadership. Wallace holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education from Western Michigan University and is a certified life and personal finance coach. A serial entrepreneur, she owns a real estate investment company, a coaching and consulting practice, and a women’s activewear brand. She is the recipient of several prestigious awards and is deeply committed to faith, family, and community.
